1. Stephen Mmodzi- (Malawi Mission Geneva, Switzerland)- APM’s relation (nephew) who has been at the Embassy for 12 years. He was in Tokyo, Japan, not qualified. He used to phone APM and have his fellow Diplomats recalled based on false allegations and lies. He has destroyed innocent career Diplomats by using his connections with APM and the former team at State House, including his sister who used to work at Sanjika Palace.
2. Towera Zimba Mmodzi- (Malawi Mission, London)- APM’s relation, just handpicked made a Diplomat at the Mission.
3. Duwa Mutharika- (Malawi Consulate, Johannesburg)- APMs relation (niece) daughter to late Bungu wa Mutharika (All Diplomats at the Consulate were politically appointed)
4. James Maseko- (Malawi Mission, Beijing, China)- Gertrude Mutharika’s relation (nephew)
5. McDonald Matsiriza – (Malawi Mission, Beijing, China)- APM’s relation (nephew)
6. Bertha Ndebele – (Malawi Mission, Harare)- Gertrude Mutharika’s friend
7. Mwayi Dausi- (Malawi Mission, London)- Nicholas Dausi’s son
8. Symon Vuwa Kaunda Jnr- (Malawi Mission, Maputo, Mozambique)- Symon Vuwa Kaunda’s son 9. Ethel Nyoni- (Malawi Mission, Maputo, Mozambique)- DPP’s political appointee and been in the Diplomatic service for more than 10 years. Worked at State House during Bingu’s time (Served in Berlin, Germany, and currently in Maputo)
10. Aubrey Saiwala- (Malawi Mission, New York, USA)- husband to George Chaponda’s niece and DPP Cadet. Been at the Mission since 2013 despite receiving several recall letters
10. Brigadier Jaffu- (Malawi Mission, New York, USA)-DPP’s political appointee
11. Patrick Mphepo- (Malawi Mission, New Delhi, India)- Francis Mphepo’s son
12. Mike Mwanyula- (Malawi Mission, Brussels, Belgium)- DPP but got posted whilst at Foreign Affairs in 2015
13. Fanney Yvone Bwanali- (Malawi Mission, Tokyo, Japan) -Ben Phiri’s sister and DPP’S political appointee
14. Bently Namasasu- (Malawi Mission, Tokyo, Japan)- DPP’s political appointee
15. Loudon Matiya- (Malawi Mission, Geneva Switzerland)- Husband to George Chaponda’s relation
16. Roselyn Mapundula- (Malawi Mission, Pretoria, Johannesburg)- DPP’s political appointee and been in the Diplomatic service for more than 10 years. Worked at State House during Bingu’s time (Served in Tokyo, Japan and currently in Pretoria)
17. Edwin Njowe- (Malawi Mission, Washington DC, USA)-Politically appointed by DPP
18. Alinafe Chikonde- (Malawi Mission, Washington DC, USA)- Relation/Girlfriend to Joseph Mwanamvekha
19. Chikhulupiliro P. Kakatera- (Malawi Mission, Washington DC, USA)- DPP’s Political appointee
20. Violet Skeva- (Malawi Mission, Washington DC, USA)-DPP cadet who left the Mission and contested as a Member of Parliament without resigning. She returned back to her Diplomatic Post since she didn’t make it as an MP, but this is not acceptable because when one is contesting as an MP, s/he has to resign. She is still at the Mission in Washington
21. Quent Kalichero- Malawi Mission, London, UK)- Girl friend to DPP’s Cadet Chimwemwe Chipungu and sister to Ralph Jooma of DPP. Got posted whilst at Foreign Affairs in 2015. Has served as a Diplomat in France till the Mission was closed, transfeered to Brussels, then returned to Malawi after serving for about 10 years in Belgium then posted to London not so long after her return from Brussels
22. Gloria Bamusi- (Malawi Mission, Pretoria, South Africa)- Wife to DPP’s Cadet Mabvuto Bamusi. Got posted whilst at Foreign Affairs
23. Mukuse Dan Sagawa- (Malawi Mission, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia)- Husband to Msaka’s daughter. Got posted whilst at Foreign Affairs. (Him and wife were at Foreign Affairs in the same department before he got posted to Addis Ababa).
